Itinerary Description

Grade: Moderate
Location: LADAKH
Maximum Altitude: 4225 mts
Duration: 6 Days

Introduction

Leh Ladakh is set amidst the most majestic Himalayan cadre. Ladakh is known as the mountain of high passes. Leh is the main city. It is nestled in the great Himalayan, Karakoram, Zanskar, and Ladakh Ranges. As Leh Ladakh is at a higher altitude, we highly recommend you to acclimatize your body. The vistas are surely breathtaking with clear skies and barren mountains covered in snow on top. Not to mention, you need good endurance to get accustomed to the temperatures.

Ladakh offers really rustic experiences filled with adventures. The rustic and natural splendor is well preserved here as some parts are yet untouched. Nearly all the places here have the Tibetian touch. Especially the best time for the bikers and the expedition its may last week until September. The routes are clear there won’t be snow blockage.

Best Time to go on Expedition:

The best time to go on a motorbike expedition to leh ladakh is from May end until mid of September. From October onwards until April the weather conditions are extremely unfavorable here. Roads and all the high passes are blocked.

Difficulty Level:

ladakh, motorbike expedition is quite challenging. First, the roads are really difficult to drive on. Second, the unpredictable weather. The route is challenging only a handful of people have that level of experience and endurance. Well, Every biker has Leh ladakh on their bucket list to tick mark at least once in their lifetime. So we highly recommend prior experience in driving on the high terrains.
