Your adventure begins upon arrival in Manali, a famous Himalayan town surrounded by snow-clad peaks and dense forests. After a short briefing and equipment check, the team drives to Solang Valley, the starting point of the trek.

From Solang, the trail gradually climbs through scenic apple orchards and traditional mountain hamlets. As the trek continues, the route enters beautiful pine and oak forests typical of the Kullu Valley. The path is peaceful and shaded, offering stunning views of surrounding Himalayan ridges.

After about three hours of trekking, you reach Shagadugh, a picturesque meadow located above the forest line. This campsite offers wide views of the surrounding mountains and is an excellent place to relax and acclimatize for the higher altitude ahead.

The day begins with a steady climb from Shagadugh towards the base camp of Patalsu Peak. The trail gradually ascends through thick alpine vegetation and open grassy slopes. As you gain altitude, the forests begin to thin out, revealing spectacular views of the surrounding Himalayan landscape.

The base camp sits in a beautiful alpine setting surrounded by mountain ridges. From here, trekkers can enjoy clear views of the vast Himalayas and nearby peaks. The final stretch involves a steep climb to reach the summit at 4206 meters, where trekkers can witness magnificent views of the Kullu Valley, distant Himalayan peaks, and the vast mountain landscape.

After spending some time at the summit for photos and rest, the group begins the descent back to Shagadugh campsite, retracing the same trail through alpine slopes and forest sections.
