About

The Tosh Valley trek or Animal Pass trek begins in Tosh. The Tosh Valley is a feeder valley of the well-known Parvati Valley, which leads to the Pin Parvati Pass, both of which are part of the larger Kullu Valley. The Tosh Nallah, which originates in the north, meets the Parvati stream at Pulga. We begin our journey in Manikaran, a town sacred to both Hindus and Sikhs and known for its hot springs. Similarly, one can continue on the Tosh ice sheet and cross the Sara Umga Pass to reach Chota Dhara on the Manali - Kaza road. The valley near Barshaini is narrow, but as one climbs higher, it opens up to far-reaching glades. The swamps' thick pine backwoods provide a route through mixed high-elevation timberland, rhododendron shrubs, and snow-capped glades to the Tosh icy mass. The Tosh Glacier is surrounded by some notable mountain peaks, the most famous of which are Papasura (21,164 ft) and White Sail (21,148 ft). Tosh is a town in Himachal Pradesh, India. Individuals in the Parvati valley primarily work in tourism. Apple plantations are also a significant source of income for the local people. The town's wooden houses are a magnificent example of mountain residents' engineering. Tosh is more conservative than its neighbouring town, Kasol. The visitor houses and inns are accessible both within and outside of town. Papasura, White Sail, Angduri, Pinnacle, and Devachan are among the mountain peaks that surround the icy mass. The town can be reached by taking a bus from Bhuntar to Kasol, then a one-and-a-half-hour vehicle ride along Manikaran and Barshaini Roads, followed by a one-hour climb.
